Flow of Refund

Customer Requests a Refund
The customer contacts customer service via email, phone, or the chat feature on the website/app to submit a refund request.
The customer explains the reason for the refund, such as damaged goods, items not matching the description, or undelivered items.
The customer is asked to provide proof of purchase, such as an order number, payment receipt photo, or a screenshot of the payment confirmation.

Refund Request Verification
The customer service team reviews the accuracy of the information provided by the customer.
The team evaluates the reason for the refund to determine if the refund can be processed.

Refund Approval
If the reason for the refund is deemed valid and the item meets the return criteria, the customer service team will approve the refund request.
The customer will be informed via email or another communication method that the refund request has been approved.

Return Process
The customer will be given clear instructions on how to return the item, including the return address, return form (if applicable), and the return deadline.
The customer securely packs the item, including all accessories or documents related to the item.
The customer ships the item back using the agreed-upon courier service and retains proof of shipment as evidence of the return.

Receipt of Returned Item
Once the item is received, the return team inspects its condition to ensure it matches the description provided by the customer.
The team confirms the item’s condition with the customer and informs them if any additional, previously unreported damage is found.

Refund Processing
The team calculates the refund amount to be returned to the customer, considering a 10% deduction.
The funds will be returned to the customer through the same payment method used during the purchase.
The customer will be notified via email or another method once the refund process is complete.

Order Status Update
The system will update the order status to “Refund” or “Completed” once the refund process is finalized.
